Our range:

Generation II wall system, corrugated/profiled blastwall, insulated and fully (seal) welded. Engineered to blast load and span, pre-fabricated and pre-assembled. Mild (coated) or Stainless Steel.
Generation III wall system, the light concept. Thin gauged galvanized coil coated or stainless steel elements offering optimal span/weight ratio. Bolted to the supporting structure, with no hot work required, and delivered in prefabricated construction kits.

Evolution

Van Dam’s extensive R&D has led to our third generation of blast wall systems. From generation I, based on reinforced structural bulkheads, and generation II, based on heavily corrugated and welded prefabricated panels to: generation III!

Verification of the systems compliance with the design requirements is carried out by successful generic testing involving the following independent test laboratories.
