Press Release: Successful test and certification of Van Dam’s H120 rated Gen. III Post Blast Fire Wall systems

We proudly announce the successful testing of our Generation III range, H120 fire-rated blast/fire wall systems at TNO/PML The Netherlands (Blast) and BRE Watford UK (Fire), witnessed and certified by Lloyds!
Typical for these wall systems: the modular light weight set-up makes them easy to install, a bolted system (self tapping screws), no hot work required!
Our upgraded Gen.III offers both Blast and Fire resistance, tested and fully certified!
Details: Blast tested 1.0 Bar, post blast Fire test H120, the tested wall system actually ‘survived’ a few hours longer (!!) than required.
The H120 post blast fire rating (1100°C - 120 minutes) is one of the most demanding and severe ratings in the oil & gas industry and not many companies are capable of supplying products that satisfy these requirements.
These tests now entitle us to carry the Lloyds 1.0 Bar blast & H120 post blast fire on a certificate which combines BOTH! This live tested and certified combination is quite unique! Tests and certification to IMO resolution A754 (18).
